Selected Grand County Colorado 2019 Citizen of the Year. At the Middle Park Fair & Rodeo, she earned blue ribbons for her Butterscotch Apple Pie and her S’More cookie bites, which also earned her Grand Champion status. Penny was also the 2018 & 2017 County Fair baking Grand Champ.
