Dressed with pink “Ribbons of Hope” before the survivor walk at the American Cancer Society Relay for Life, I am savoring every moment. Every day I try to use my time wisely, making a difference in my community by sharing the same love and support given to me by other cancer survivors, friends and family. I started a fundraising project for our local Breast Cancer Resources library. A major source of funding for the Ribbons of Hope project is a song/CD written and recorded by talented musician, Steve Cormey, about the breast cancer sisterhood and a dedication to the cure.
