The Colorado Authors’ League is Colorado’s oldest professional writers’ organization. Annually CAL members may enter their best work from the past year in the awards competition. CAL finalist are named in more than a dozen categories. In the 2017 competition, my 2016 “Paul Amen: Legend in banking & sports” article for Nebraska Banker Magazine was selected as one of four finalists in the “Featured Article” category.
